Orcs show a red cone before they swing, and the chieftain slams the ground in a red circle. Blink or walk out before it fills.
Hunt wolves, then clear the orc camp in the northeast and open the chieftain's chest. Progress saves on this device.
You start with no potions. Look for supply crates (gold squares on the minimap): each gives 2 health and 1 mana potion, then a new crate appears somewhere else a few minutes later. Monsters sometimes drop potions, and the camp chest has some too. Health only comes back when you are out of combat.
